The Nebbiolo of the Elio Grasso winery is a simple and refined red, the expression of a breathtaking territory, that of the Langhe, Unesco world heritage landscape. Nebbiolo has always been the king of the vines in this region, managing to give results that are difficult to replicate in other areas outside of Piedmont.
WINE DESCRIPTION

Taste it at a temperature of 12 °, with dishes with white fish and shellfish ragout. The vinification of Langhe Nebbiolo involves alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with daily pumping over. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine rests in steel and is bottled in the months of April-May.

TASTING NOTES
Ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is ample and intense with hints of crisp red fruit, violet and black pepper, with a slightly balsamic finish. On the palate it is juicy, of excellent drink, fresh and clean, with a persistent fruity finish.
TIPS FOR TASTING
To best enjoy it, we advise you to let the wine "breathe" an hour before serving it at a temperature between 17 ° C and 18 ° C.
