It comes from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Pommard in the lieux dit Les Riottes, here the vines rest on clay-limestone soils and have an average age of 30 years with deep clay-rich soils. The harvest is manual, with selection of the best grapes; vinification is traditional, with the use of indigenous yeasts. The wine is raised in new barrels for 20% of the mass for a total duration of 14 months.
Wine with excellent aging potential.
Taste it at a temperature of 16 °, combined with hunting dishes.
