Born from Chardonnay grapes. In the vineyard herbicides and chemical products are banned, a "natural" viticulture is practiced. The harvest is manual, with selection of the best grapes; the vinification is traditional, with the use of indigenous yeasts. The wines mature for a period of 12 to 14 months in 500-liter barrels for the whites. The barrels are made of fine-grained 2-year wood and crafted by an association of local coopers.
The nose reminds us of a bouquet of crunchy red berries. Intense notes of cherries and morello cherries mingle with light toasted and roasted notes. A beautiful, harmonious and powerful structure which is typical of the appellation.
Wine with good aging potential.
Taste it at a temperature of 16 ° C. It is excellent to taste with sweetbread, flank steak, deer, cheese.
