Born from Chardonnay grapes. In the vineyard herbicides and chemical products are banned, a "natural" viticulture is practiced. The harvest is manual, with selection of the best grapes; the vinification is traditional, with the use of indigenous yeasts. The wines mature for a period of 12 to 14 months in 500-liter barrels for the whites. The barrels are made of fine-grained 2-year wood and crafted by an association of local coopers.

Tasting notes

Intense black cherry color, beautiful shine. Floral nose (peony) then focused on black fruits. Nice complexity with silky tannins.

Wine with good aging potential.

Small tips

Taste it at a temperature of 16 ° C. It is excellent to taste with doe medallion, rabbit with mustard, soft cheesesl.
