Born from Chardonnay grapes. In the vineyard herbicides and chemical products are banned, a "natural" viticulture is practiced. The harvest is manual, with selection of the best grapes; the vinification is traditional, with the use of indigenous yeasts. The wines mature for a period of 12 to 14 months in 500-liter barrels for the whites. The barrels are made of fine-grained 2-year wood and crafted by an association of local coopers.
A beautiful red velvet dress. Animal, leather and black fruit notes. The amplitude and power in the mouth make the tasting very intense. A wine that will improve greatly over time.

Taste it at a temperature of 16 ° C. It is excellent to taste with confit beef cheek, roasted duck breast, tagliatelle with truffles.
