This vine is a particular selection of the Domaine. With a beautiful exposure, it produces grapes of great maturity every year. The harvest is manual, with selection of the best grapes; the vinification foresees total destemming and subsequent placing in terracotta amphora for about 15 days. Then follows the refinement for 12 months always in terracotta amphorae
It shows a splendid ruby color, lively, brilliant. The nose reveals aromas of fresh fruit (Strawberries, Peach). On the palate it is fruity, pleasant, crunchy.
Wine with moderate aging potential.
Taste it at a temperature of 16 ° C paired with ribs and also special as an aperitif.
