The domaine has been working organically since the 2000 vintage and since 2010 it has been certified organic wine. In this same philosophy, for some years, a part of the vineyard has been working in an agricultural biodynamic way, with the aim of oscillating on the whole vineyard. The soils are worked with respect for nature, by regular plowing without herbicide and without chemical products, using only less sulfur and copper phytosanitary treatments.

CLIMAte
The 2013 vintage is characterized by very low yields and atypical balances where the power of the fruit prevails. In fact, the spring of 2013 was among the coldest and rainiest in recent years, with the effect of delaying the vegetative start by about fifteen days. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations were quickly completed giving balanced wines with good acidity, with moderate alcohol levels and with hints of fruit. White wines have gained in aroma and taste, with good aging potential. 2013 is a vintage with low yields, very fresh and with a moderate alcohol content.
