Tasting notes
Beautiful yellow-green dress with golden highlights. The nose has the typical aromas of botrytis (ripe fruit, candied fruit), citrus fruits are associated with spices and floral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, broad and fresh, sugars are certainly present, but do not give the pasty character. The partially dried grapes bring a freshness that allows to avoid heaviness. Coherent, elegant and extraordinary wine in its expression.

Small tips
Taste it at a temperature of 8 ° -10 ° C. It can accompany both sweet and savory exotic dishes, goat cheeses, desserts, in particular fruit salad in which citrus fruits are associated with exotic fruit.
