Produced from Chardonnay grapes grown organically in the Premier Cru La Maltraie vineyard, in Chassagne Montrachet. In the cellar the wines of the Domaine Bernard Moreau are vinified in the traditional way, by carrying out alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in Burgundian pieces, the wooden elevation lasts 18 months followed by bottling. Before bottling, the wines rest in steel for one to three months.
Golden yellow. The nose is broad and rich; hints of ripe fruit, notes of dried fruit and buttery tones stand out. On the palate it is fine, with clear minerality and excellent balance.
Wine with good aging potential.
Taste it at a temperature of 12-14 °, paired with seafood risotto.
