Produced from Chardonnay grapes grown under the lutte raisonnèe regime from 15-year-old vines, in the 0.22Ha vineyard owned classified as Premier Cru Champ Canet, in Puligny-Montrachet. In the cellar the wines of the Domaine Pernot Belicard are vinified in the traditional way, by carrying out alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in a Burgundian piece (35% new), where they stay for a year. Before bottling the wines rest in steel tanks for a further six months. Expected very light filtration before bottling.
Light yellow color. The olfactory profile is of great elegance and freshness, with citrus aromas, notes of ripe fruit, dried fruit and clear mineral hints. On the palate it opens to a fascinating aromatic complexity of beautiful intensity, with toasted hints of honey and spices. The sip is pleasantly supported by a lively acidity.
Wine with good aging potential.
Taste it at a temperature of 12-14 ° C combined with risotto with prawns.
