Produced from Chardonnay grapes grown organically, in the 0.50Ha vineyard classified Premier Cru Clos des Murées, to Chassagne Montrachet. In the cellar the wines of Domaine Fontaine Gagnard are vinified in the traditional way, through the performance of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in a Burgundian piece, the wooden heightening lasts one year, of which 25/30% are new. Upon visual examination it shows a golden yellow shade. The olfactory spectrum is structured around notes of white pulp fruit, citrus fruits and vanilla, and then turns towards more mineral nuances. In the mouth it is full bodied, generous, well balanced. Closes with a long finish.
