Produced from Chardonnay grapes grown organically in the Premier Cru Les Caillerets vineyard, in Chassagne Montrachet. In the winery the wines of the Domaine Marc Morey are vinified in the traditional way, by carrying out alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in a Burgundian piece, the wooden elevating lasts from 10 to 18 months depending on the year in which the bottling follows. Before bottling, the wines rest in steel for one to three months. The nose is rich and complex, on the palate we find a round wine that is kept well balanced by a beautiful freshness.
