The vines grow in Gallura at an altitude of 300/450 meters above sea level on granitic decaying soil. The vinification is in white, after a soft pressing and a soft squeezing, with fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Of a beautiful straw yellow color, still animated by golden reflections, it gives the nose fruity notes of quince and floral acacia, and slightly herbaceous notes of bitter almond and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is fine and elegant, fresh and savory, with good persistence.
Ready-to-drink wine with ample room for improvement.
Taste it at a temperature of 10-12 ° C. Ideal to accompany simple fish dishes or as an aperitif.
