Denomination of the south of the Côte de Beaune, the vines are contiguous to the parcels of Puligny classified Grands Crus. Clayey red clay and small pebbles (which explain the name of this place) make up the ground. The Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Le Cailleret of the Domaine Yves Boyer Martenot is delicate, dyed white gold, with hints of mocha and rather fruity nuances, with a soft and full mouth of freshness.
It comes with a beautiful bright white colored gold. Very graceful empyromatic shades on the mocha flower pass through an open and powerful nose that reveals aromas of white pulp fruit. On the palate it is frank and gives a very pure and elegant sensation of minerality. The aromas of ripe fruit last for long moments. There is a perfect balance between silkiness and freshness.
