The Bourgogne Aligoté 2018 of the Domaine Jobard-Morey shows a beautiful straw yellow color. The nose moves on floral touches, which then evolve towards mineral scents and light more fruity references. Dynamic and taut on the palate, where it enters with a well balanced light body, characterized by a pleasant refreshing imprint. Each vineyard plot is pressed, vinified and aged separately to allow the most complete expression of their terroir. Careful monitoring is performed to obtain the richness, complexity and balancing function of the characteristics of each vintage. The wines are aged in new oak barrels for 35% and the remaining barrels for second passage. The barrels are assembled before bottling after aging for 15 to 18 months.
Wine with excellent aging potential
Taste it at a temperature of 12 ° C. Excellent for aperitif time, where it proves to be an ally of canapés and snacks based on different ingredients. A must try with friselle accompanied by anchovies and fennel.
