The Gewürztraminer grapes, vinified starting from the 2018 vintage, come from a small vineyard on a steep slope worked entirely by hand. The plants were planted in 2015. The yield per hectare is around 55-60 quintals / hectare. The fermentation and vinification process is done in steel tanks.
To favor a wide and complex bouquet of perfumes, pressing is carried out with a longer cycle and with greater pressure.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is broad and of great finesse; it is expressed with notes of rose, lily, dried herbs, mango and maracuja. On the palate it is intensely aromatic, fresh, harmonious and of good persistence.
Tasting it at a temperature of 12 ° C ideal for an aperitif, it goes very well with fish and shellfish dishes. Excellent with sushi.
