Difficult year 2016 in many vineyards in the North. This vineyard with 40-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils in the municipality of Molamboz, near Arbois has also been affected by downy mildew (in French mildiou): hence Catherine's choice to vinify Pinot Noir in white, in stainless steel. Bottled in June 2017. The carefully selected bunches of grapes gave a final yield of just 3 hl / ha!
Original and very characterful wine.
