Pecorino by Emidio Pepe was born from clay soils of medium texture, from about 0.5 hectares of vineyard area near Torano Nuovo(TE), where the yield does not exceed 80-90 kg/Ha. In the glass we find a wine with a straw color tending to gold; nose slowly opens on notes of yellow fruit, hazelnut and wildflowers. In the mouth is wide and strict with good acid vein/savory, it is a serious wine that will turn heads.
