Manual harvest, cold maceration 24 hours, vinification (alcoholic and malolactic fermentation) and aging on whole lees in steel, bottled 8 months after harvest.
Intriguing in presenting itself to the eye in a straw yellow dress of medium intensity, the nose is precise with notes of aromatic herbs reminiscent of thyme and sage, a very fine floral of hawthorn and acacia flowers, one perceives a crunchy rennet apple and a ripe pulp of peach nectarine, a vanilla pod and nuances of ginger and white pepper. In tasting, it releases all its freshness in an extremely pleasant and almost thirst-quenching sip, with herbaceous and fruity returns accompanied by hazelnut and cashew. The slight increase in temperature enhances the saline part without losing finesse ... this makes the finish interesting and consciously “Friulano”.

Wine to drink but does not mind a couple of years of bottle aging.
Taste it at a temperature of 10 ° C - 12 ° C. Powerful but plastic and easy to drink wine that is suitable for vegetable appetizers, even battered, cheese-based appetizers, soups, fish-based risottos, grilled white meats and even fairly seasoned hard cheeses.
