The Bourgogne aligotè of the Domaine Fanny Saber comes from Aligotè grapes grown on clayey and calcareous soils. The approach in the vineyard is respectful and agriculture without chemicals in the vineyard is the approach with which the certified organic domaine works. The wines are then aged for at least a year in one of the rooms that was once a warehouse that contained gunpowder. The wines are then placed in stainless steel vats for 3-4 months before being coarsely filtered and bottled by hand using a gravity bottle filler and manual cork.
In the glass it appears straw yellow in color. Quite complex bouquet in which tropical fruit meets apples and bergamot and is then surrounded by vanilla and saké. In the mouth it has a nice body, with warm but not aggressive acidity, sapidity in the finish.
