Meursault Limozin from Domaine Fanny Saber comes from Chardonnay grapes grown and grown in Mersault on soils composed of a 30 cm horizontal upper layer of limestone and gravel, under which jagged rocks arise. The approach in the vineyard is respectful and agriculture without chemicals in the vineyard is the approach with which the certified organic domaine works. The wines are then aged for at least a year in one of the rooms that was once a warehouse that contained gunpowder. The wines are then placed in stainless steel vats for 3-4 months before being coarsely filtered and bottled by hand using a gravity bottle filler and manual cork.
Upon visual examination it shows a straw yellow color. The nose immediately stands out mineral aromas, intense and fine, accompanied by light aromas of citrus and peach. In the mouth it is full-bodied, clear and precise in all its different components, with good acidity. It closes with a mineral and almond aftertaste.
Wine to be enjoyed in the early years.
Taste it at a temperature of 12 ° C combined with Borgognona snails.
