Denomination of the south of the Côte de Beaune where the clayey-calcareous soil favors the production of white wines. The Puligny-Montrachet of the Domaine Yves Boyer Martenot offers a wide range of noble aromas such as citrus fruits, honey, toasted hazelnuts, vanilla and a fine, mineral and elastic mouth, characteristic of the Grands Vins de Puligny.
It shows a splendid pale gold with bright green reflections. The nose is open on notes of citrus fruits characteristic of the great white wines of Puligny. It is scented with aromas of fresh honey and vanilla. The wood is harmonious and subtle with fruity notes. Aging in French oak barrels brings a touch of toasted almonds and hazelnuts and gives it a broad and generous structure. On the palate it is splendid thanks to the pure minerality and its softness.
Wine with excellent aging potential
Taste it at a temperature of 12 ° C paired with scallops with buttered cabbage, roasted prawns and scampi carpaccio.
