Maso Thaler's Chardonnay comes only from grapes from its own vineyards, planted already in 2000. The company believes in this international grape variety which, thanks to a reduced yield in the vineyard and careful processing in the cellar, manages to become a beautiful wine. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. 60% of the grapes are fermented and aged in steel containers and 40% in barrique. Before bottling, the wine is assembled in steel containers. After bottling, it is left to rest in the bottle for a few months.
The wine is straw yellow, the nose is delicate with a hint of vanilla, almonds and honey. In the mouth it is sapid, mineral, dry and balanced, with good acidity.
Taste it at a temperature of 12 ° C combined with appetizers, first courses, cheeses, shellfish, fish and white meats.
