Tasting notes

Of a sumptuous straw yellow color, light but bright. The nose begins immediately with hints of lemons, passion fruit and floral hints of apricot buds, aromatic herbs, white pepper and rock dust to complete a memorable bouquet. On the palate it is well balanced, with a good body that never risks being big and straight and didactic acidity. Very long finish with hints of lime and lemon.
