The terroir on which the vineyards thrive is undoubtedly a geologist's paradise. The vines occupy a sloping site where they benefit from excellent soils. This mixture of limestone and marl includes patches of clay that are particularly suited to the Chardonnay grape. The vineyards are exposed to the East at altitudes ranging from 280 to almost 400 meters
Light yellow with golden reflections. The nose is complex and elegant, with floral, fruit, citrus, evolved notes of honey, toasted almonds and woody nuances. On the palate it is ample and persuasive, but with an extraordinary citrus freshness that makes it harmonious and balanced. On the finish beautiful mineral notes.
It remains "alive" for 15-20 years from its marketing.
Taste it at a temperature of 12 °, with dishes with white fish sauce and shellfish.
