The Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Les Languetter that Julien Gros produces comes from grapes located on a plot of 0.41 hectares. In the vineyard the reasoned struggle is practiced. The grapes are harvested manually and the aging takes 12 to 14 months in 500-liter barrels (50% of new barrels).
Beautiful gold color. Citrus notes on the nose. In the mouth, well-chiseled aromas (flint), mineral and powerful. Long and persistent finish.
Wine with excellent aging potential.
Taste it at a temperature of 12° C. When young it is perfect with shellfish and fish dishes in general. In maturity, the bouquet becomes more evolved and complex and the wine also pleasantly accompanies white meats.
