This vine is a particular selection of the Domaine. With a beautiful exposure, it produces grapes of great maturity every year. It reveals a beautiful minerality with a very nice finesse. The harvest is manual, with selection of the best grapes; the vinification is traditional, gentle pressing over a long period. Aging in French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.
Straw yellow with soft golden reflections. Delicate aromas of white flowers, acacia honey, touches of ginger stand out; in the mouth it is enveloping, fresh, well balanced.
Wine with moderate aging potential.
Taste it at a temperature of 12 ° C paired with Thin fish in sauce, shellfish and blue Bresse cheese, goat cheese.
