Santenay 1er Cru Passetemps of the Domaine Vincent et Sophie Morey comes from Chardonnay grapes grown on clayey and calcareous soils. The wines are then placed in stainless steel vats for 3-4 months before being coarsely filtered and bottled by hand using a gravity bottle filler and manual cork.

Tasting notes
