The land is located south of the village of Chassagne Montrachet, at the foot of the hill. The parcel of this appellation extends over 0.54 hectares. The average age of the vines is 40 years. The vines grow on two types of soil: light, stony soil in the lower part of the plot and deep clay soil in the upper part.
Golden yellow color, with beautiful golden reflections. The nose is composed of aromas of vanilla, honey and white flowers. On the palate it is round and fruity, but also structured and powerful, ending with notes of a very elegant and subtle minerality.
Ready to drink wine with excellent evolution skills.
Taste it at a temperature of 12 ° -14 ° C. Serve with fish and white meats, such as veal, grilled or in a cream sauce.
