The Emidio Pepe Pecorino comes from clayey soils, from about 0.5 Ha in area near Torano Nuovo (TE), where the yield does not exceed 80-90 kg / Ha. In the glass we find a straw-colored wine tending towards golden; the nose slowly opens on notes of yellow fruit, hazelnut and wild flowers. In the mouth it is broad and strict with great vein acid / savory, is a serious wine that does not pass unnoticed.
Bright and bright straw yellow. It opens slowly asking to be listened to and waited in the glass: it has a floral aspect that blends well with aromatic herbs, citrus fruits give freshness and energy while clay brings us back to the craftsmanship of wine. Solid palate and sparkling energy, it is tense and mineral thanks to the nature of the land where it is born; beautiful is the acidity that supports the liquid making the sip dynamic.
