tasting notes

Bright and bright straw yellow. It opens slowly asking to be listened to and waited in the glass: it has a floral aspect that blends well with aromatic herbs, citrus fruits give freshness and energy while clay brings us back to the craftsmanship of wine. Solid palate and sparkling energy, it is tense and mineral thanks to the nature of the land where it is born; beautiful is the acidity that supports the liquid making the sip dynamic.

aging capacity

Wine with excellent evolutionary capabilities.

small tips
